Terms of Service

Our terms and conditions

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Hirred AI. By creating an account, accessing a workspace, submitting an application, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Hirred AI provides hiring and applicant tracking tools, including job management, candidate pipelines, applications, messaging, email templates, automations, interviews, analytics, video meeting workflows, recordings where enabled, and AI-assisted hiring features.

2. Accounts and Workspaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your account and workspace, protecting your credentials, and all activity under your account. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing users, roles, permissions, and access to customer data.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for their job posts, application forms, candidate communications, hiring criteria, employment decisions, and compliance with applicable employment, privacy, anti-discrimination, recordkeeping, and notice laws. Customers must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, and share candidate data through the service.

4. Candidate Use

Candidates may use Hirred AI to view jobs, submit applications, answer questions, communicate with hiring teams, and join interviews. Candidate information may be shared with the employer or recruiting team connected to the relevant application.

5. AI-Assisted Features

AI-assisted features may generate summaries, scores, evaluations, recommendations, job descriptions, emails, or other content. These outputs are suggestions only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular use. Customers must review AI outputs before relying on them and remain solely responsible for hiring decisions and legal compliance.

6. Interviews and Recordings

The service may support scheduling, joining, taking notes for, and recording interviews where enabled. Customers are responsible for obtaining any notices or consents required for interviews, recordings, and candidate communications.

7. Fees and Subscriptions

Paid features may require a subscription or other fees. Billing terms, renewal dates, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the plan, checkout, or order terms shown when the paid service is purchased, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree not to:

  • Use the service unlawfully or to violate anyone's rights.
  • Upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, resell, or misuse the service except as permitted by law or written agreement.
  • Use the service to make discriminatory, deceptive, or unlawful hiring decisions.

9. Customer Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the service, including job posts, candidate data, notes, messages, and interview materials. You grant Hirred AI the rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content to provide and improve the service.

10. Intellectual Property

Hirred AI, including its software, design, workflows, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

11. Third-Party Services

The service may integrate with third-party providers for hosting, authentication, database, email delivery, video meetings, billing, analytics, monitoring, and other functionality. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or others, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any applicable subscription or contract terms.

13. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service or any AI output will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hirred AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

15. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hirred AI from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your hiring decisions, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will provide notice where required. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
