Is the application a recorded video interview?
The initial application uses a guided text conversation. Scheduled live video interviews are a separate step, arranged by the recruiting team.
Does AI make the hiring decision?
Your recruiting team reviews the candidate’s answers, available AI evaluations, and its own notes. Your team controls pipeline moves and hiring decisions.
Can I customize my hiring process?
You can configure job questions and pipeline stages. Depending on your package, you can also configure automations, email templates, and career-site branding.
