This Privacy Policy explains how Hirred AI collects, uses, shares, and protects information when recruiters, hiring teams, candidates, and website visitors use our services.
Our Role
Hirred AI provides hiring workflow software for employers and recruiting teams. For applicant data stored in a customer workspace, the customer generally controls the data and decides how it is used in the hiring process. Hirred AI processes that data to provide, secure, and improve the service.

- Candidate and application data, including resumes, contact details, answers, notes, stages, evaluations, scores, and hiring activity.
- Communications data, including email content, message history, delivery metadata, notifications, and support requests.
- Interview data, including schedules, attendance, video meeting metadata, notes, recordings where enabled, and interview status.
- Usage, device, log, cookie, analytics, and security data, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken.
- Billing and subscription information processed by our billing providers, where paid features are used.

AI outputs are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Hiring teams remain responsible for reviewing outputs, applying their own judgment, and making lawful hiring decisions.

We may share information with:
